Parent Auxiliary

The objectives of the Parents' Auxiliary Committee are:

To promote social interaction between parents, teachers and students at the school and to assist and co-operate with the executive, teaching and office staff associated with the school. In order to achieve its objectives, the Parents' Auxiliary co-ordinates a variety of activities throughout the school year, these activities include:

End of year Staff Luncheon
Grandparents' Day morning tea
New Parent Liaison

As with all the sub-committees, the Parent Auxiliary needs plenty of parental support to achieve its aims. Class Parents provide an invaluable avenue for communication between home and school. Close co-operation and communication between these parents and the Parent Auxiliary has been successful in allowing the sub-committee to access parents who can donate some time to various activities.

Get to know new parents

Welcome to Lindfield East Public School (LEPS). Our names are Eleanor Macintyre and Debbie Jenkins. Our role is to welcome new families to LEPS that enrol throughout the year. We have a morning tea get together once a month at the ‘Deli on the Park’ cafe in East Lindfield. This is great way to meet some other parents, old and new, from LEPS.
