Platters
Executive Chef of the Amora Hotel in Sydney, Peter Van Es, has prepared a selection of fabulous taster platters, which can be pre-ordered for you to enjoy at your table on the night. Each platter is designed to be shared between a table of 8 people, so you might want to order a selection.

Each platter costs $85, a little over $10 per head for some delicious top restaurant-standard food. Pre-orders can be made by completing the order form and posting it (with your cheque payable to LEPS P&C) into the ‘Technicolour Trivia’ mailbox next to the reception desk in the school office.
Orders will not be accepted without accompanying payment. The deadline for pre-orders is Friday 27th August. Your platter(s) will be on your table when you arrive on the night.
