peterVanEsExecutive Chef of the Amora Hotel in Sydney, Peter Van Es, has prepared a selection of fabulous taster platters, which can be pre-ordered for you to enjoy at your table on the night.  Each platter is designed to be shared between a table of 8 people, so you might want to order a selection.

Antipasto Platter

Prosciutto

Grilled zucchini marinated in balsamic

Roasted eggplant with red onions, red wine and coriander

Marinated black olives

Houmous

Babaganoush

Marinated chabeciou cheese (goat’s cheese)

Bell peppers filled with feta

Grilled Turkish bread and crisp flatbread


Canapé platter

Vietnamese rice paper rolls (vegetarian)

Rocket houmous tortilla wraps

Tomato and goat’s cheese bruschettas

BBQ duck pancakes

Mini soba noodle boxes

Cheese platter

Selection of Australian cheeses

  •  Gippsland Blue
  •  Yarra Valley Brie
  •  King River gold
  •  Smoked cheddar
  •  Lavoche and crackers, grapes and quince paste

This will include a selection of 3 “mini” desserts for example

  • Mini lemon meringue pie
  • Mini caramelized macadamia nut tart
  • Mini strawberry tart

Each platter costs $85, a little over $10 per head for some delicious top restaurant-standard food.  Pre-orders can be made by completing the order form and posting it (with your cheque payable to LEPS P&C) into the ‘Technicolour Trivia’ mailbox next to the reception desk in the school office.

Orders will not be accepted without accompanying payment.  The deadline for pre-orders is Friday 27th August.  Your platter(s) will be on your table when you arrive on the night.
