Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 60 days of docket date. Exchange without a docket is at the discression of uniform shop managers.

Items will only be accepted for exchange if they have the original packaging and labels attached.

Refunds

Items may be returned for refund within 60 days of docket date. Refunds will not be given without a docket.

Items will only be accepted for refund if they have the original packaging and labels attached.

PLEASE NOTE:

Hats can only be exchanged if they have not been worn and have the original tag attached to the item.

Socks and tights can only be exchanged if they are in their original packaging with ties attached. ie: they cannot be taken out and tried on.

2nd Hand Items

2nd hand items are accepted for resale in the uniform shop. All items need to be washed and tagged before they are brought in. Any items that are dropped in without tags will be sold as donated items. They may only be dropped off during shop opening hours.

Please tag them with the following information: Name, email address and size. (We only need the email address on one of the tags). We have tags and safety pins in the shop if you need them.

We accept items that have been purchased from the uniform shop and are part of the current uniform.

We do not accept: hats, gold polos, long sleeve Peter Pan collar shirts, elastic bottom track pants, maroon cotton sport shorts, navy gabardine girls slacks and grey or maroon sloppy joes. School bags, library bags and excursion bags are also not acceptable for resale.

Items that have been altered or have stains or tears will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any unacceptable items. Any items that are left at the store and are deemed unsaleable will be donated to charity. You will not be notified advising the above.

Please make sure you choose your items carefully as there is a 'no-return' policy on all 2nd hand items.

Items that have been bought 2nd hand may be donated to the shop for resale.

All items are sold for more or less half of the original price, with 2/3 of the sale going to the parents and 1/3 going to the uniform shop. You will be emailed when you have money to collect.
