Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 60 days of docket date. Exchange without a docket is at the discression of uniform shop managers.
Items will only be accepted for exchange if they have the original packaging and labels attached.
Refunds
Items may be returned for refund within 60 days of docket date. Refunds will not be given without a docket.
Items will only be accepted for refund if they have the original packaging and labels attached.
PLEASE NOTE:
Hats cannot be exchanged.
Socks and tights can only be exchanged if they are in their original packaging with ties attached. ie: they cannot be taken out and tried on.
2nd Hand Items
2nd hand items are accepted for resale in the uniform shop. All items need to be washed and labelled before they are brought in. They may be dropped off during shop opening hours.
Please label them with the following information: Name, contact number and size.
We accept items that have been purchased from the uniform shop and are part of the current uniform.
We do not accept: hats, gold polos, long sleeve Peter Pan collar shirts, elastic bottom track pants, maroon cotton sport shorts, navy gabardine girls slacks and grey or maroon sloppy joes.
Items that have been altered or have stains or tears will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any unacceptable items. Any items that are deemed unsaleable will be returned to your childs class or donated to charity in cases where families have left the school. You will not be notified advising the above.
Please make sure you choose your items carefully as there is a 'no-return' policy on all 2nd hand items.
Items that have been bought 2nd hand may be donated to the shop for resale.
All items are sold for more or less half of the original price, with 2/3 of the sale going to the parents and 1/3 going to the uniform shop. Monies to be collected will be advertised in the Lyrebird and on the LEPS P & C website.
